Tell me what u think about this card (FAKE CARD)

this is a card i made just know. i got bored because my comp wont let me on DN write now so i thought i'd make a few and see wat u guys think. this was what i made first:





the effect :

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by banishing all DARK monsters in both players graveyards while both players have no more than 10 DARK  monsters (at least 1) in there graveyards. This card gains the following effects equal to the number of monsters banished:
4 or more: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.
7 or more: Your opponent takes all battle damage from battles involing this card
15 or more: This card cannot be targeted by opponents card effects
20: Double the ATK of monsters that battle this card.
If Skull King or Skull Servant was banished by this effect, when this card is removed from the field banish it and special summon 1 DARK monster from you graveyard or banished zone except Risen - Archlord of Skulls.
